Contractor Requirements
​
All contractors must be licensed and/or certified in the trade that they serve. Must have $500K in General Liability Insurance, and have at least $250K coverage per occurrence. Additionally must have workers compensation insurance or waiver. Contractor must also provide proof of vehicle insurance and provide a copy of their state driver’s license.
