Terms & Conditions

Ross Home Service Plans are provided by appointment only. Our associates will schedule appointments on a first-call, first-serve basis. Ross associates reserve the right to determine what calls are an emergency, and will schedule these calls as priority.   A service call is defined as one-item repair or installation ONLY.   For example, the installation of two (2) ceiling fans on one call is considered two (2) services, and thereby deemed as two service calls.  Service calls are limited to the number of calls allowed on Plan levels.  Service calls in excess of the allotted number of calls according to Plan level will be assessed a charge fee of $75. All contract terms is for a period of one (1) year.

The annual Plan level coverages are as follows:    

 

BASIC PLAN – Three (3) service calls per contract term.   

 

GOLD PLAN – Five (5) service calls per contract term

 

PLATINUM PLAN – Eight (8) service calls per contract term.  

 

Please note that any unused service calls are forfeited at the end of the contract term. The contract term is defined as the Plan start date through the next 364 days of the calendar year. The contract is renewable on or before the anniversary date of the Plan contract. Ross Home Service Plans are non-transferrable. Ross services  DOES NOT include the costs of materials   The Plan covers the cost of labor to install and/or repair the item on the service call. Any NSF returns will be charged a fee of $35.
